Description:

Valor Crossing is a multi-family affordable housing development for veterans, with 66 units and a parking structure, adjacent to the units, located in Dublin, CA.  The project consists of four-story wood framed structures on-grade and a four-story parking structure with two-way post-tensioned concrete slabs.  FBA is the concrete structural engineer  for the project.  The garage footprint is approximately 16,300 square feet.

Structural system for the building is concrete post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls supported on a mat slab foundation.
