Santana Row Parking Structure serves an outdoor shopping mall in San Jose, California on a 42-acre retail and residential “village within a city”, developed by Federal Realty of Rockville, Maryland.

 

The Santana Row Parking Structure is 6 stories and houses roughly 1600 stalls.  The structural system is comprised of one way concrete post-tensioned slabs and long span beams with concrete shearwalls supported on spread footings.
